A specialized wound care clinic built for your needs
Whether you are seeking care for a new wound or one that has been slow to heal, we want you to feel informed and supported from the start. We take the time to listen to your concerns, explain our recommendations, and help you understand each step of your care.
What to expect
Contact our office to discuss your wound and schedule an appointment. During your initial visit, we will review your wound history, previous treatments, and overall health, then perform a thorough evaluation to identify factors that may be affecting healing.
Based on our findings, we will develop an individualized treatment plan, explain care between visits, and provide instructions for care at home when appropriate.
Follow-up appointments are scheduled according to your wound's condition and progress, allowing us to monitor healing and adjust treatment as needed.
Tell us about your wound
During your visit, share information about your wound, previous treatments, and any concerns you may have. This helps us better understand your needs.
Bring helpful information
Relevant medical information can help us better understand your wound and guide your care. If available, please bring prior wound care records, imaging or test results, a current medication list, and details about previous treatments.
Leave with a personalized care plan
Following your evaluation, we will discuss factors that may be affecting healing, review appropriate treatment options, and outline a personalized care plan. You'll receive guidance on care between visits and recommended follow-up.
Understand your options
Prior to scheduling, our team can help guide you through insurance and payment options. We will review plan participation, discuss any referral requirements, and provide information regarding potential financial responsibility. As coverage varies by insurer and service, benefits cannot be guaranteed. Self-pay options are also available upon request.
Do I need a referral?
That depends on your health plan. Contact the office and we can help clarify what is needed to schedule.
What should I bring?
Bring your insurance information and, if available, your medication list, prior wound records, relevant imaging or test results, details of current or recent antibiotics, and the dressings or products you use.
Can you evaluate a wound that has been treated elsewhere?
Yes. Prior records and a summary of treatments tried can help us understand its history.
Can a family member or caregiver help me prepare?
Yes. If someone helps with your care, you can bring their questions and information about the wound and current dressings. Ask our office about your preferences for their participation.
Can I email wound photos?
Please contact the office for an appropriate way to share sensitive medical information. Do not send photos or records to the general email address.
Patient rights and notices
